The comic-book is a special edition -- a reproduction of The Fantastic Four # 1 -- printed without ads -- made especially for this set. The record jacket has its original (opened) exterior clear plastic shrink wrap intact! (see photo) The record has only minor wear from very few plays.
As with most children's records, it plays with some minor record surface noise. The comic itself is the first appearance of The Fantastic Four in the Silver Age comic books (The Fantastic Four # 1) and is in exceptional condition -- stored away for decades along with the record.
